Kankun, also known as water spinach is a popular greens in East and Southeast Asia. It is a side dish served with a bowl of rice.

- 3 cloves of sliced garlic
- Oyster sauce and light soya sauce

- Dried Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp of cornflour diluted in 2tsp of water
