Kankun, also known as water spinach is a popular greens in East and Southeast Asia. It is a side dish served with a bowl of rice.

  • One bunch of kang kung
  • Thinly sliced beef
  • 3 cloves of sliced garlic
  • Oyster sauce and light soya sauce
  • Chilli Paste
  • Dried Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp of cornflour diluted in 2tsp of water
  • Oil
